Another sunny January day in Phoenix.  A bunch of us got together for a day of rockcrawling out in the White Tanks.  The first trail we ran was Intimidator.  I hadn't been here since last summer and the trail has changed quite a bit.

Basically the trail has become a two obstacle challenge.  The entire first section has been flattened by people coming up and looking at the main waterfall.  I am pretty sure this is the case because the trail after the waterfall looks like the first part used to look, nice and rocky.

We all made short work of the first climb.  There is an easier line to the right so you no longer have to hug the side of the canyon.

There are still a few rocks in the lower section, this one pulled Larry's tire off the bead.

The main attraction.  Body damage is nearly guaranteed unless you are short or can take the high line to the extreme left.   About this time Dave King showed up to watch us run the falls and a short while later Ronnie also showed up.

That slippery little ledge at the bottom got the best of me, the tire just didn't want to grab.  A slight push was all I needed to climb the fall.

It took a little repositioning to get up the second, I had to hug the wall to the left to keep the rear tires from having to climb at the same time.
