What do you do on a nice sunny day in Arizona?  If your in the BTG Rockrawler's a trip to Florence Junction sounds good (BTG = Built to Grind).  Even better is running 4 trails with no mechanical breakage (although) not for the lack of trying).

We started out on Lower Woodpecker which is pretty much a four wheeling playground with tons of different lines to try.  here's Jay coming thru the crack.  usually you either make it or your tires slip in forcing you to back out.  Sometimes you end up back on your wheels, most of the time your on you side.

Medic!  While rolling Jay's buggy back over I had a run in with some tubing.  I hit my shin hard enough to break open the skin down to the bone.  We bandaged it back up and continued on.

I tried this line, the rig climbed great but the tires weren't tall enough to keep the belly off the rocks.

after Jay, everyone esle started coming thru the crack.

The rocks are really smooth so it's hard to keep them on the rocks, this would be the perfect spot for testing new tire compounds (hint, hint).  Once you slip in you just continue forward, usually carrying the front end in the air till the end.
