(Click for a much larger image) Steve showed up with his Sniper later in the afternoon.
I asked if we could try driving the Sniper and he graciously indulged us. After a quick lesson on the controls I was off to try some of the ledges we were playing on earlier.
The 46" tires made every obstacle seem small.
Once we started playing with the rear steer we were hooked, now if only I could win the lottery. If you ever get a chance to drive one, don't, your existing trail rig will never feel adequate again :)
We headed back late in the afternoon. After a nice steak dinner we were going to run one last trail called Whippersnapper. |
